How to take authentic and stylish couple photos on your wedding day

It is precisely these emotions that I capture with my camera. 2. The right time for the shoot

Choosing the right moment is crucial. The soft light is particularly beautiful in the early evening — the golden hour. A first look before the wedding is also perfect for intimate shots. I would be happy to help you with planning and advise you on how we can harmoniously integrate the couple shoot into your daily routine. The important thing is: You shouldn't feel rushed. 30 to 45 minutes are ideal, in which you can be completely with yourself.

3. Create the right atmosphere

Instead of forcing you into unnatural poses, I will guide you very carefully. Small movements, familiar looks, a spontaneous laugh or a touch — it is precisely these real moments that create powerful images. You can let yourself go, I'll collect it for you.

6. Location ideas: beautiful backdrops without much effort

You don't need a spectacular backdrop to take impressive couple photos. It is often the simple places with beautiful light that have a wonderful effect: A courtyard with a quiet atmosphere, a path behind the registry office, a corner of your location with a beautiful play of light. I always have an eye for such opportunities and work with you to find the perfect spot.

7. Don't worry about the dress — real moments are more important than perfection

Many brides worry about whether the dress could get dirty during a couple shoot — especially if it is long or has a train. I completely understand that. But from my experience, I can tell you that the dress will have signs of celebration throughout the day anyway — and that's absolutely okay! It is much more important that you feel free, move, let yourself fall. Because this is the only way to create real, vivid images. And let's be honest: A slightly dusty hem may even remind you of a particularly beautiful moment later on.

8. Extra tip: After-wedding shoots

If your wedding day does not allow quiet time for a couple shoot or if you want to be photographed without any time pressure, an after-wedding shoot is ideal.
